Individual Counselling
Individual counselling (talk therapy) is a one-on-one space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Our counsellors are experienced in supporting a wide range of mental health concerns and use evidence-based approaches to help you create meaningful, lasting change
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or overwhelming experiences. Using gentle bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), EMDR supports the nervous system in reprocessing “stuck” memories so they feel less intense and no longer drive anxiety or emotional reactions. Sessions move at your pace, with a strong focus on safety, choice, and nervous-system regulation.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses creative expression (such as drawing, painting, or collage) to support emotional healing and self-understanding. You don’t need any artistic skill—art is used as a tool to explore feelings, reduce stress, and process experiences that may be hard to put into words. Sessions are guided by a trained therapist and move at your pace, with a focus on safety and self-expression.
ICBC
ICBC Counselling provides therapy for individuals who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident and are accessing counselling through ICBC coverage. Sessions focus on supporting recovery from trauma, anxiety, pain, and the emotional impacts of an accident. ICBC provides automatic pre-approved funding for 12 sessions within the first 12 weeks after the accident, regardless of fault. An ICBC claim number is required.
